Before you begin.

How do I bring my trades in?

Log trades manually, import an MT5 CSV, HTML or XLSX statement, or connect a MetaTrader 5 account on an eligible Pro plan. Broker sync checks for closed trades on a five-minute schedule; timing depends on broker availability. Initial sync requests up to 90 days of history.

What does the AI Score actually measure?

AI Score is the product's name for a rule-based performance score, not a generative-AI prediction. It evaluates five dimensions: edge, risk, discipline, consistency and psychology. It uses structured trade data, requires at least five trades, and does not predict future returns.

Can I use different accounts and currencies?

Yes. Keep separate trading accounts and record entries in INR, USD or AED. Reports convert values into your base currency. Account limits depend on your plan.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. The journal works in your mobile browser and can be installed to your home screen as a web app. You do not need a separate native app.

Can I take my data with me?

Export your ledger as CSV or XLSX. You can also create share cards for individual trades and calendar periods, with an option to hide amounts.

What happens if I cancel?

You can cancel renewal from your subscription settings. Paid access remains until the end of the current billing period. Check the plan and checkout for current billing terms.
