Your data, your control

TradeKeepr is a trading journal and analytics platform designed to help you record, organize, and analyze your trading activity.

We collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide and improve the TradeKeepr service.

What we store

Depending on how you use TradeKeepr, we may collect:

Your account profile, including your email address, name, and currency preference. Your phone number, if you choose to provide it. Your trade entries and trading-related information. Screenshots and other files you choose to attach to your journal. Information from connected trading platforms, such as MT5, when you choose to use an integration. Subscription and account information. Aggregated and anonymised usage statistics for performance monitoring and service improvement. Technical information necessary to operate, secure, and maintain the service.

Your trade entries and screenshots are stored in our database with access controls designed to prevent other users from accessing your private data.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

Provide and operate your TradeKeepr account. Store and display your trading journal. Synchronize trades from supported integrations such as MT5 when you enable them. Provide analytics, reports, and other TradeKeepr features. Process subscriptions and account-related requests. Provide customer support. Maintain and improve the performance, security, and reliability of TradeKeepr. Send important account and service notifications. Send SMS communications when you have provided your phone number and consented to receive them. SMS communications

If you voluntarily provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive SMS messages from TradeKeepr, we may use your number to send messages related to your account and use of the service.

These messages may include:

Account verification or security notifications. Important account notifications. Subscription or billing notifications. Service and product updates. Other service-related communications for which you have provided consent.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to a TradeKeepr message.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing a TradeKeepr subscription.

TradeKeepr may use third-party services to operate parts of the platform, including infrastructure, payment processing, authentication, analytics, email, SMS delivery, and trading-platform integrations.

These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services to TradeKeepr.

When you choose to connect a third-party trading platform or service, information may be exchanged with that service as necessary to provide the requested integration.

Cookies and technical information

TradeKeepr may use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to maintain your session, remember preferences, maintain security, and understand how the service is used.

We may also collect basic technical information such as browser, device, and usage information needed to operate and secure the service.

Your trading data

Your trading journal data belongs to you.

You can export your available trading data from the TradeKeepr Ledger in CSV or XLSX format.

We do not sell your trading history or use your private trading journal as a product for other users.

Export + delete

You can export your available data from the Ledger at any time.

You can permanently delete your TradeKeepr account from Settings.

When you delete your account, your account and associated data will be deleted, except where we are required to retain certain information to comply with applicable legal or financial obligations.

#Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

However, no internet service can guarantee complete security.

Your choices

You may:

Update information associated with your account. Export your available trading data. Delete your account. Opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP. Contact us with questions about your personal information. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when necessary to reflect changes to TradeKeepr, our services, or applicable requirements.
