These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TradeKeepr, including our website, application, trading journal, analytics, integrations, and related services.

By creating an account or using TradeKeepr, you agree to these Terms.

1. About TradeKeepr

TradeKeepr is a trading journal and analytics platform that helps users record, organize, and analyze their trading activity.

Depending on your plan and the features available, TradeKeepr may provide:

Trading journal and ledger Trade analytics and performance statistics Trading goals and progress tracking AI-powered analysis and scoring MT5 and other supported trading integrations Trade import and export Screenshots and journal notes Subscription-based premium features

Features may change, be added, or removed over time.

1. Not Financial Advice

TradeKeepr is a trading journal and analytics platform. It is not a broker, financial adviser, investment adviser, or trading service.

TradeKeepr does not provide personalized investment advice or guarantee trading results.

Any analytics, statistics, AI-generated scores, insights, summaries, or other information provided by TradeKeepr are for informational and educational purposes only.

Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of capital.

You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions.

1. Your Account

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate information when creating your account. Keeping your account information up to date. Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activity occurring through your account.

You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

1. Your Trading Data

You retain ownership of the trading information, journal entries, notes, screenshots, and other content that you submit to TradeKeepr.

You grant TradeKeepr permission to store, process, and display this information as necessary to provide the TradeKeepr service.

We do not sell your private trading data.

You may export your available trading data using the export functionality provided by TradeKeepr.

1. Broker and MT5 Integrations

TradeKeepr may allow you to connect supported trading platforms or services, including MT5.

When you enable an integration, you authorize TradeKeepr to access and process the information necessary to provide that integration.

TradeKeepr is not responsible for outages, errors, delays, changes, or other problems caused by third-party brokers, trading platforms, APIs, or integration providers.

1. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain TradeKeepr features may require a paid subscription.

Prices, billing periods, trials, and available features are displayed during the relevant purchase or subscription process.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing period.

You may cancel your subscription through the available subscription-management functionality.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewal while allowing access to remain available until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated.

1. Free Trials

TradeKeepr may offer free trials or promotional periods for certain plans.

Trial availability, duration, eligibility, and conditions may vary.

If a trial converts into a paid subscription, the applicable payment method may be charged according to the terms shown when the trial was started.

1. SMS Communications

If you voluntarily provide your phone number and separately consent to receive SMS messages from TradeKeepr, we may send messages relating to your account and services.

These may include:

Account verification Security notifications Subscription or billing notifications Important service notifications Service updates

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

Upload malicious code or software. Abuse APIs, integrations, or automated systems. Attempt to circumvent subscription or usage restrictions. Copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute TradeKeepr without permission. Use TradeKeepr in a way that could damage, disable, or overburden the service.

1. AI Features

TradeKeepr may use artificial intelligence to provide features such as trade analysis, scoring, summaries, or insights.

AI-generated information may contain errors or inaccuracies.

AI-generated information should not be treated as financial advice or as a guarantee of future trading performance.

You remain responsible for independently evaluating any information provided by these features.

1. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that TradeKeepr will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

The service may become temporarily unavailable because of:

Maintenance Updates Technical failures Security incidents Third-party service outages Events beyond our reasonable control

1. Intellectual Property

TradeKeepr's software, design, branding, interface, graphics, text, and other original materials are owned by TradeKeepr or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit TradeKeepr's proprietary materials without permission.

Your own trading data and content remain yours, subject to the rights granted to us to operate the service.

1. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that you:

Violate these Terms. Abuse the service. Create a security risk. Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity. Attempt to compromise TradeKeepr or its users.

You may stop using TradeKeepr and delete your account at any time.

1. Disclaimer

TradeKeepr is provided on an "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of information provided through the service.

Historical trading performance and analytics do not guarantee future results.

1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TradeKeepr and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page.

Your continued use of TradeKeepr after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, subject to applicable law.
